Is anything free?
Yes — lots. The Question of the Day, Focus Mode, Formulas, Notes, Top Tips, syllabus checklist, Live Game (host + join) and classroom Jeopardy are all completely free. The paywall covers AI mark-scheme grading, downloadable PDF workbooks, Path-to-7 tick-off tracking, and detailed progress analytics.
Do I need to pay upfront?
No — sign in with any account (Google, Microsoft or email) and you get a seven-day free trial with everything unlocked, including AI marking and mark schemes. Only pay if you decide it's worth it after the trial.
Can I switch courses later?
Yes. If you started on AA SL and moved to AI SL, you can either pay for the new course separately or upgrade to the bundle for the difference — email pbromfield@ibmathrevision.com and we'll sort it.
What exactly is included in each paid product?
Full breakdown on the "What's included" page — single course (€49), four-course bundle (€149), PreIB Bridging Programme (€20, live), PreIB Year 11 (Grade 10) Course (€49/student, coming soon), Summer prep (€20), AI IA feedback (€5), Examiner IA review (€100), personalised question sets (€5/€20), and school licences. Also printable as a PDF for parents or school finance.
Should I buy a single course or the €149 bundle?
Buy a single course (€49) if you're on one DP maths course with no plan to switch. The bundle is only worth it for teachers, mid-DP course-switchers, or students on Maths HL AA + Further Maths. Bundle saves €47 vs individual — but only if you'll actually use the extra content.
What's the difference between the €5 AI IA feedback and the €100 human review?
The AI grader (detailed review here) reads your draft in 60 seconds and scores it against all 5 official IB criteria — great for iterating from 60%-complete to 90%-complete draft. The €100 human review is Pete personally reading your draft + 800 words of feedback + a 20-min Zoom — worth it for the final polish before submission, especially if your predicted grade is one band below your uni offer.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund within 14 days if you haven't accessed the paid content. Once you've opened the paid area, standard UK/EU consumer-law rules apply (you waive the automatic cancellation right in exchange for instant access). Specific rules for each product on the refund policy page, including the €5 AI credits (unused = full refund) and €100 IA review (before upload = full refund minus €5 admin fee).
Is the €20 PreIB Bridging Programme worth it for summer prep?
If your child got an A/A* at IGCSE and is going into DP1 in September, yes — the "rigour gap" between IGCSE and DP maths is real, and €20 unlocks the 6-week PreIB Bridging Programme with worked examples, weekly self-marked assessments and a live IB-readiness bar. (A separate, fuller PreIB Year 11 (Grade 10) Course at €49/student launches later in 2026 for families wanting a full-year bridge.)
Is using the AI IA feedback tool academically honest?
Yes — provided you follow the rules. The tool provides revision-style guidance against IB descriptors. It is a study aid, not a co-author. You may not paste AI-generated wording verbatim into your final submission, and you must disclose AI use if your school or the IBO requires it. See the full academic-honesty terms.
