Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Any school can request a 48-hour shared demo login — the full Teacher Dashboard including the Class Mastery Heatmap. No card, no LMS setup, no sales call. Email pbromfield@ibmathrevision.com and you'll get the login within two working hours during term time. Alternatively, use the enquiry form and we'll follow up.
How do students actually get in?
You share a class code from the Teacher Dashboard. Students enter it once at ibmathrevision.com and their account is linked to your licence — no individual purchases, no LMS integration, no student data collected beyond a Google-Sign-In email.
How many teacher seats does a licence include?
Every school tier includes up to 10 teacher seats at no extra cost. Extra seats for larger departments are available on request — just email us with your headcount.
What's the difference between Essentials, Pro and Platinum?
Essentials (€490) covers 1 course and 40 students with the question bank and PDF library but no AI. Pro (€1,290, most schools) unlocks all four courses, up to 100 students, AI marking with real M/A/R marks, the Class Mastery Heatmap and weekly Path-to-7 emails. Platinum (€2,490) removes the seat cap, adds bespoke Custom Scheme of Work mapping and monthly Pete audits.
Can teachers build their own worksheets from the question bank?
Yes — every plan includes the Custom Worksheet Builder. Search the full 2,300+ question library across all four courses (e.g. type "venn diagrams SLAI hard"), tick to add to a basket, then either Preview & download PDF for a branded printout with your logo and mark scheme on page 2, or Assign to class to push the same worksheet straight into the Homework Management System with a deadline and rubric. Every visual question shows a diagram-preview thumbnail so you know what you're picking at a glance.
Do you offer a Data Processing Agreement for our DPO?
Yes. A DPA is available on request — email pbromfield@ibmathrevision.com and we'll send the current draft along with our GDPR sub-processor list.
Can we upgrade or cancel later?
Yes. All school licences are annual with no multi-year lock-in — cancel any time from your Stripe portal or by emailing us. Upgrades (Essentials → Pro → Platinum) are pro-rated automatically by Stripe.
