Pricing depends on department size and mapping complexity. As a rough guide: the initial mapping is a one-off fee, then it's included in an annual seat-based licence (same structure as our school licences — see schools pricing). We'll give you an exact quote after the discovery call.
Typically 2–3 weeks from your SoW handover to portal launch. We'll agree the delivery date during the discovery call and update it in the SoW as we go so your team can see progress live.
SL AI, SL AA, HL AI, HL AA — and PreIB / IGCSE 0580 bridging weeks if your Y10/Y11 SoW extends into IB territory. If your school teaches only some of these, we map only those.
We do. Send us the updated SoW and we re-map within 5 working days. The quarterly SoW review call is where we typically batch these updates.
