Timed SAT Reading and Writing module

Each Reading and Writing module on the digital SAT has 27 questions in 32 minutes: a little over a minute per question. Practise the pace here with our own questions, in the same order of question types as the test.

Anyone can take the free module (the same 27 questions for everyone). With a free account you can take the adaptive test: a fresh first module, then a harder or easier second module. We route you to the harder module if you get at least 15 of the 25 scored questions right; that threshold is ours, not College Board's. Results show your raw score and, when you are signed in, your score by question type. We give no 200-800 score: use a Bluebook practice test for an official one.
