The forgetting curve
Between the last DP1 exam and the first DP2 lesson, most students drop about 25% of what they knew. That's normal — it's the way the human brain works. Come September, teachers spend the first three weeks of DP2 patching what should have stayed patched.
Summer prep isn't about learning new material. It's about not losing the material you already own.
What's in the €20
- A six-week study plan — one topic per week, ~30 minutes per day. Fits around a summer that includes a two-week holiday.
- Curated question sets covering the specific topics students most often forget: trig identities, integration techniques, statistical inference, and complex-number manipulation.
- AI-graded answers with M/A/R feedback so you know exactly which methods still need reinforcing.
- Two mid-summer mock papers — one Paper 1 style, one Paper 2 style. Bench-marks where you are before term restarts.
- Personal progress dashboard so you land in DP2 with a clear picture of what still needs work.
- 3-day free trial before you buy.
Who this is right for
Students who ended DP1 at a 5 or 6 and want to defend that grade into DP2. Students whose target university requires a 7 in maths — this is the summer that decides it.
Who should skip it
Students who ended DP1 at a 4 or below need a different intervention — not more of the same, but a rethink of course choice (see our Parent Playbook on switching courses mid-DP). And students who need genuine rest after a hard DP1 should take the rest — you can start Summer prep in late July.
A structured 6-week consolidation between DP1 and DP2. Aimed at students who don't want to lose the momentum of a strong DP1 finish.
