School and class licences — what changes when you scale from 1 to 100 students

Whole-department pricing, class-code enrolment, teacher dashboard, and a Data Processing Agreement your DPO will actually approve.

Why schools ask us this question

Every IB Head of Maths asks the same question by October: "How do I get consistent revision support for the whole cohort without giving every student a different toolkit?" Individual student subscriptions solve one student's problem. School licences solve the whole department's.

What a school licence gets you

Typical pricing

~€3,000 per year for 100 students on a whole-department licence. That's less than half the cost of the digital-textbook competitors (Kognity, Pamoja) at similar seat counts. And no multi-year lock-in — you buy for a year, and you decide next year whether to renew.

What you should still ask before buying

  1. Does it integrate with our MIS? Not yet. Class-code enrolment is deliberately low-friction to avoid the MIS-integration project every school dreads.
  2. Can we bulk-buy the €100 Examiner IA Reviews for our DP2 cohort? Yes — this is the class-code discount path.
  3. How's the AI IA feedback tool positioned in a school context? Students get their subscription's 4 free credits. If you want unlimited, that's a separate add-on. We deliberately don't make it "free forever" because that undermines the academic-honesty ask.
