Why schools ask us this question
Every IB Head of Maths asks the same question by October: "How do I get consistent revision support for the whole cohort without giving every student a different toolkit?" Individual student subscriptions solve one student's problem. School licences solve the whole department's.
What a school licence gets you
- All four DP courses unlocked for every enrolled student on the licence.
- Class-code enrolment — you share a single code, students redeem it, nothing bought individually.
- Teacher dashboard — see every student's progress, class-wide weak topics, and homework completion rates.
- Homework assignment tool — set specific questions to specific classes or individuals.
- Up to 10 teachers per licence at no extra cost — invite your whole department, plus your Head of Maths and Head of Sixth Form.
- Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on request — your DPO needs this before they'll sign off, and we have one ready.
- 30-day free trial with 5 students — enough to prove it works before you commit.
Typical pricing
~€3,000 per year for 100 students on a whole-department licence. That's less than half the cost of the digital-textbook competitors (Kognity, Pamoja) at similar seat counts. And no multi-year lock-in — you buy for a year, and you decide next year whether to renew.
What you should still ask before buying
- Does it integrate with our MIS? Not yet. Class-code enrolment is deliberately low-friction to avoid the MIS-integration project every school dreads.
- Can we bulk-buy the €100 Examiner IA Reviews for our DP2 cohort? Yes — this is the class-code discount path.
- How's the AI IA feedback tool positioned in a school context? Students get their subscription's 4 free credits. If you want unlimited, that's a separate add-on. We deliberately don't make it "free forever" because that undermines the academic-honesty ask.
