🔗 Microsoft SSO domains (one-click linking + Microsoft-only)

Domains listed here get two things: (1) Microsoft links straight to an existing account, skipping "sign in with your original method first"; (2) Google + email/password sign-in is now BLOCKED for these domains — users must click "Continue with Microsoft" (existing password/Google-linked accounts still get auto-linked the first time, no data lost). Add a school's domain the moment they sign up, no deploy needed.
